All information traveling between your browser and Fortapay is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. The lock icon in your browser lets you verify that your data is secure in transit.
Fortapay servers are scanned for vulnerabilities regularly. These scans test our servers both from the Internet and from inside our network, and any newly-identified problems are addressed as quickly as possible.
All of the traffic entering and leaving Fortapay’s network is monitored by an Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
None of your customer’s data or sensitive information – credit card numbers, bank account information, etc. is ever stored by Fortapay. All data is directly and securely accessed from Keap / Infusionsoft. You can read more about Keap’s security practices here.
The Fortapay servers are located in DigitalOcean’s state-of-the-art data centers, which provide biometric access controls, constant surveillance, redundant power feeds and generators, robust fire suppression, and carefully monitored climate control to protect the servers that provide our services.
The Fortapay infrastructure uses redundant storage and servers to keep the application and your data available in the case of hardware failure.
